Within 24 hours of purchasing, I will send you a google form to collect all of the information regarding your portrait and ask for reference pictures.

*Portraits will arrive in white mats ready to be popped into your favorite frame! Depending on the number of characters/size of text, it will either be in a 11×14 mat with an 8×10 opening or an 8×10 mat with a 5×7 opening.

*Prior to shipping your portrait, you will receive an email with a preview picture of your portrait. I will wait to ship until you respond to that email.

*4-6 week turnaround time from when you submit your google form + reference pictures.
